Returns Policy

Items rented from Total Tuning LLC must be returned within (7) calendar days from delivery at your shipping address. Please use the provided return shipping label and insure all items are packaged exactly as they were sent to you to avoid damage to our equipment.Please see rental contract for terms and conditions that apply to all customers of Total Tuning LLC. 

Should you cancel your order prior to shipping, no fees will be applied. Once equipment is shipped, a $150 non refundable shipping fee will be applied to your payment method regardless of services rendered. 

Once Equipment is returned you should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 5 Business days of its arrival back to Total Tuning LLC. Items will be inspected for cosmetics and functionality prior to returning your deposit. Please see rental contract for terms and conditions that apply to refunds on your rental deposit. 

Shipping

Free shipping is included to your address in the lower 48 states. Items are well packaged and are insured for the full value to protect all parties. A return shipping label is also provided in all packages for your convenience. Please package and return all items exactly as they were sent to you to help avoid damage.
