Items rented from Total Tuning LLC must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to your shipping address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the provided return shipping label and package all items exactly as they were sent to avoid damage. Failure to properly package the items may result in additional fees or forfeiture of your deposit. For full details, please refer to the rental contract, which outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all customers of Total Tuning LLC.

If you cancel your order before the equipment has shipped, no fees will be applied. However, once the equipment is shipped, a $150 non-refundable shipping fee will be charged to your payment method, regardless of whether the services are ultimately rendered.

Upon receipt of the returned equipment, Total Tuning LLC will inspect all items for cosmetic and functional integrity. Refunds of your deposit will be processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after the inspection is complete. Please note that any damages or issues identified during the inspection may result in deductions from your refund. Refer to the rental contract for specific details regarding refunds and deposit terms.

Total Tuning LLC provides free shipping to addresses in the contiguous 48 states. All items are securely packaged and insured for their full value to protect both parties. Each package includes a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience.
